Hunter Education Course

Two Levels of Camp Experience

Level I campers will take the Hunters Education Course, and if they pass the test at the end of the week they will earn their Hunters Education Certificate. They will learn the material through lessons and presentations in the classroom, but even more importantly, through hands on experience on the range. The kids will have the opportunity to shoot archery, rifles, and shotguns all while applying the knowledge of equipment and safety that they learned in the classroom.

Level II Advanced Camp is offered to campers who have earned their Hunter’s Education Certificate. The level II camp offers more hands on training and less classroom allowing campers to hone their shooting skills and further their knowledge of the outdoors.
